Position Overview:
We are seeking a Global Analyst to oversee and enhance INNIO’s data-driven Travel Expense Reporting Process, implement new ways of working and improve existing methods.
Ensures effective communication within the organization & with the stakeholders. Provides training to users about the end to end Travel Process.
The new colleague will take a leading role in a wide range of projects, amongst them cross-functional global ones.
The position reports to the Travel Accounting organization, while partnering with Global HR Systems and Services, IT, Business Intelligence, Sourcing & Third Parties.
We focus on understanding the key questions: “what has happened and why”,  “what could have happened”,  “what will happen”, and “how can it be actively influenced”
Acquire & improve knowledge about the end-to-end Travel Process and 360-degree view on impacts. It will be essential to demonstrate strong communication skills to understand the business needs, align different priorities & respond in effective manner.
 
Your responsibilities:
  • Execute, and support advanced analyses that aid data-driven decision-making and process automation.
  • Identify process gaps and data quality issues impacting the quality of analysis and provide and/or support the development of solutions 
  • Conceptualize, design, and implement reports to drive measures supporting the Business Travel Strategy 
  • Analyze large data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, building a link to the companies’ strategy. 
  • Conduct spend analysis to understand employee spending behaviors and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance policy effectiveness and promote cost-sensitive decision-making.
  • Coordinate communication with the travel agency, setting up clear channels and internal contact allocation for various areas.
  • Provide administrative & technical support for complex Concur cases
  • Address queries and troubleshoot issues related to travel and expense policies & systems.
  • Update and manage the content on the Travel SharePoint to keep employees informed about travel-related policies and updates.
  • Deliver Concur end-user training to ensure employees are proficient in system usage and policy compliance.
  • Maintain the Concur Cheat Sheet to address frequently asked questions.
       
      Your profile: 
      • Completed university studies with focus on Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or equivalent
      • Fluency in English and Hungarian
      • Minimum 4 years of professional experience
      • At least 2 years specifically in Controlling (FP&A, budgeting, analytics, scenario modeling, variance analytics & reporting in a multinational environment) is preferred
      • Additional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance analysis (KPI) should complement - not replace - the Controlling experience
      • Experienced to act as a translator between technical & non-technical stakeholders with strong commitment to the business need & added value creation
      • Profound knowledge of MS Excel (specifically advanced formulas, Power Query, pivot tables and charts) including experience building complex reports and models
      • Daily usage, solid experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial or operational reporting, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
      • Proactivity, focus on end-to-end process
      • Demonstrates the ability to work independently, is highly self-motivated; maintains accuracy and attention to detail; excels in prioritizing tasks and efficiently following up on actions; collaborates effectively across functions; prepares and evaluates proposals for feasibility; implements appropriate controls; and communicates clearly and effectively.
      • Ability to summarize large amounts of complex data into (management) reports to drive actionable insights and decision-support
      • Concur knowledge is a plus
